We stand out among Tomball restaurants because when we say local, we mean business: we source our products from 44 Farms, Houston Dairymaids, the Mill King Family Creamery, Fitzgerald Farms, and small wineries & craft breweries from around the country.

We're unique among upscale restaurants because we hand cut our own steaks, dry-age our own beef, make our own pasta, and bake our own breads and pastries every day. We care about sustainability, so we've built our restaurant using as many re-purposed and energy efficient materials as possible. The main wood is reclaimed Douglas fir. Part of the bar is made of reclaimed white washed wood. All the booths and bar stools contain recycled leather. The warm lighting above your table comes from LEDs, and the AC that keeps you cool is the most environmentally friendly we could find. We use good old fashioned wood to power our stoves, and have added a custom water filtration system for cooking and drinking water.

Executive Chef Stefano Ferrero brings over fifteen years of experience in the culinary arts and food and beverage fields. His professional beginnings date back to his childhood—he grew up in Piedmont, a region in northern Italy, where vineyards and traditional food make for a critical part of the region’s cultural heritage and economy. Stefano was inspired by his father’s culinary arts career, actively involving himself in the family’s restaurant from a young age and going on to work in specialized restaurants and hotels across Italy, Switzerland, and Mexico after completing the culinary program at Switzerland’s Centro Professionale Spai Trevano. At Zanti, Stefano combines his technical skill, gastronomic innovation, and innate passion for the art of handcrafted fresh pasta, delicatessen, and authentic Italian dishes

Drive the Abbott Tracked Gun over a one-mile course and shoot 40 rounds from the M60E4 Machine Gun.

THE ABBOT TRACKED GUN - Properly referred to as self-propelled gun (SPG) rather than a tank, the British Abbot gave its crew high mobility and protection. Our version is modeled after the US M109 SPG in honor of our Vietnam artillery veterans.

THE PKM MACHINE GUN - This soviet era machine gun has proven itself reliable in most all extreme conditions. With its high rate of fire and heavy round weapon packs quite the punch.

This experience takes place in Uvalde, Texas.
