This 1981 Goebel bas relief plate is the eleventh issue in the set titled, Umbrella Boy.  The plate is 7 1/2" in diameter.  The picture depicts a young boy wearing brown checked shirt, black short pants and an orange scarf with an umbrella over his shoulder.  Used but in Mint condition.  The paperwork has been separated from the plate.  No wear or damage of any type
