First modeled by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1937 and restyled several times with final issue and permanently retired in 1993.  

It is a Closed Edition (CE).  

Do not have original box.  

The sticker with the "Farewell" affixed to the base is still on the base.  

This little girl is absolutely charming - she brings a heart warming smile.

There is very mild crazing on the face, arms, apron, and base.  

There are no chips and in otherwise perfect condition.
