The house is also well equipped and the two bedrooms have direct access to its own bathroom thus ensuring absolute privacy. The dining room is very large and the same is direct access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the third floor. It therefore enjoys absolute tranquility. The building also has a lift access to the apartment so it is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is lively and very enjoyable, full of characteristic restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Coming down from the house you can walk, get ice cream or go jogging on the grass right in front of the sea. Kalsa Square, the Pang, Marina Square, the Chain, Abatellis Palace, the Botanical Garden are all reachable on foot in a few minutes. The location is truly extraordinary: one has the impression of being in a vacation home while you are in the heart of the city. Season is from May through September. Certificate is good for two years.
