Now in its 20th year, this auction favorite does not disappoint. A team of Strake Jesuit coaches will arrive at your party location with 250lbs of live Louisiana crawfish to be boiled on site with all of the fixings creating an ultimate crawfish feast. Crawfish will be cooked to perfection and are known to be Just a bit spicy, so the coaches will make sure to bring plenty of cold beer and soft drinks. You and your guests can sit back and enjoy because the coaches do all of the cooking and cleaning. This will be the easiest party you throw all year. A little lagniappe for first timers ... pinch, peel, eat, repeat! This event is to be scheduled for a mutually agreeable date during crawfish season 2023 (April-June), excluding graduation and Memorial Day weekends.
